2011 FIFA U-20 World Cup squads

This list provides an overview of the contingents of the participating teams in the U-20 World Cup 2011 in Colombia. The teams are listed in alphabetical order.

Egypt plays in the preliminary round in Group E on 29 July against Brazil, on August 1 against Panama and on August 4 against Austria.

Argentina

Argentina plays in the preliminary round in Group F on 29 July against Mexico, on August 1 against England on August 4 against North Korea.

Australia

Australia plays in the preliminary round in Group C on July 31 against Ecuador, on August 3 against Costa Rica and on August 6 against Spain. Steve Lustica and Brent McGrath said their participation at the World Cup tournament. The goalkeeper Mathew Ryan Lawrence and Thomas missed the tournament through injury, Ryan was afflicted for a long time already to a knee injury, Thomas was again canceled because of a thigh injury on 22 July from the squad and replaced by Nick Feely. Mathew Leckie was Borussia Mönchengladbach despite contrary promises no release and had to be replaced by Gameiro.

Brazil plays in the preliminary round in Group E on 29 July against Egypt, against Austria on August 1 and August 4 against Panama.

Costa Rica

Costa Rica plays in the preliminary round in Group C on 31 July against Spain, on August 3 against Australia, and on August 6, against Ecuador.

Ecuador

Ecuador plays in the preliminary round in Group C on 31 July against Australia, on August 3 against Spain and on August 6 against Costa Rica.

England

England plays in the preliminary round in Group F on 29 July against North Korea, on August 1 against Argentina and on 4 August against Mexico. With Scott Wootton, Jack Robinson, Andre Wisdom, Gary Gardner, George Thorne, Benik Afobe, Nicholas Ajose and Alex Nimely nominated a total of eight players were not released by their clubs and were Hurst, Mason, Adams, Taft, Knott, Berahino, Morris and Ngoo replaced. Croatia

Croatia plays in the preliminary round in Group D on 31 July against Saudi Arabia, on August 3 against Nigeria and on August 6 against Guatemala.

Mali plays in the preliminary round in Group A on July 30 against South Korea, on August 2 against Colombia and on August 5 against France.

Mexico

Mexico plays in the preliminary round in Group F on 29 July against Argentina, on August 1 against North Korea and on 4 August against England.

New Zealand

New Zealand plays in the preliminary round in Group B on July 30 against Cameroon, on August 2 against Uruguay and on August 5 against Portugal.

Nigeria

Nigeria play in the preliminary round in Group D on July 31 against Guatemala, on August 3 against Croatia and on August 6 against Saudi Arabia.

North Korea

North Korea played in the preliminary round in Group F on 29 July against England on 1 August against Mexico and on August 4 against Argentina.

Austria

Austria qualified along with five other European Nations in the U-19 European Football Championships 2010 in France for the U-20 World Cup 2011 in Colombia. The selection takes place in the preliminary round in Group E on 29 July against Panama on August 1 against Brazil and on August 4 against Egypt. The preparation for the final round was marked by the secondment of some performers, especially from the Battle of coach Heraf.
