The 66th edition of the Wimbledon Championships took place in 1952 on the grounds of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club on Church Road instead.
For the first time achieved in both the men's and the women's eight top-seeded players all the quarter-finals.
Men's Singles
In the men won Frank Sedgman. In the final he beat out the starting for Egypt Jaroslav Drobný.
Women's Singles
In the women's 15-year old Maureen Connolly won.
Men's doubles
Ken McGregor and Frank Sedgman defended the title in the men's doubles.
Women Doubles
Shirley Fry and Doris Hart won, as in the previous year, in women's doubles.
Mixed
In mixed Doris Hart and Frank Sedgeman also managed to defend the title.
