The 74th edition of the Wimbledon Championships took place in 1960 on the grounds of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club on Church Road instead.
In this View Year Jan Lehane used as the first player, the two-handed backhand.
Men's Singles
In purely Australian Neale Fraser final triumphed over Rod Laver.
Women's Singles
Maria Bueno defended her title. In the final she beat Sandra Reynolds Price in straight sets.
Men's doubles
In the men's doubles Rafael Osuna and Dennis Ralston won.
Women Doubles
In the women's doubles Maria Bueno, and Darlene Hard won the title.
Mixed
Like last year, won again Darlene Hard and Rod Laver in the mixed doubles.
