Aldo Serena

Aldo Serena ( born June 25, 1960 in Montebelluna (TV), Italy ) is a retired Italian footballer.

During his playing career he played as a striker and was especially known for his heading ability. Today Serena is working as a television commentator for Mediaset.

Career

In the club

Aldo Serena began his career with his hometown club, Montebelluna, after which he played for Inter Milan, Como Calcio, AS Bari, AC Milan, Juventus and Torino Calcio.

Serena was part of the Inter dei record team under Giovanni Trapattoni won the Scudetto in the 1988/89 season and has been in this season with 22 goals scorer in Serie A.

In the National Team

Aldo Serena made ​​his debut in the national team on 8 December 1984 in the 2-0 against Poland and Italy took part in the 1986 World Cup in Mexico. Especially in the years 1989 and 1990 he was a force in the Squadra Azzurra tribe and was also at the 1990 World Cup in their own country of the party.
