Players Tour Championship 2011/2012 – Event 10
The tenth event of the Players Tour Championship 2011/12 was a snooker tournament, which was held from 27th to 30th November, 2011 the World Snooker Academy at the English Institute of Sport in Sheffield. It was the fourth tournament in Sheffield and the English sixth tournament of this PTC series.
169 players have registered for the tournament. Tournament was for all games including Final Best of seven.

Preliminary round
For the 32 available places in the main tournament, 73 players had advertised. In two rounds, all of which were held on 27 October 2011, the circular main participants were determined.
18 players had in a first qualifying round, the winners then played with the remaining 55 candidates, the main round seats.

On Friday, November 28, the main tournament began with 128 participants. The 64 players in the top half of the seedings played on the first day, the first three principal rounds, during the day it was the bottom half of the tables. The matches from the second round were held on the final Sunday.
