Pumenengo

Pumenengo is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 1736 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the province of Brescia, in Lombardy. The municipality is situated on the western bank of the Oglio and borders the municipalities Roccafranca and Rudiano the province of Brescia.

Pumenengo is located about 34 kilometers south of Bergamo.

Of importance is the Castello Barbò, which was built in the 14th century as a fortress.
