Road running

The road race is a group of disciplines of track and the Running sport and is defined as a long-distance running, which does not take place on a track, but on a measured distance outside of a stadium. As the name says, it is run mainly on asphalted surface ( otherwise it is called cross, trail or forest runs).

Standard routes

The IAAF performs best and record lists over 10 km, 15 km, 20 km, half marathon ( 21.0975 km ), 25 km, 30 km, Marathon ( 42.195 km ) and 100 km. Road races with IAAF Label
