Zülow

Zülow is a municipality in the district of Ludwigsburg pleasure Parchim in Mecklenburg -Vorpommern ( Germany ). It is administered by the Office Stralendorf based in the community Stralendorf.

Geography and Transport

Zülow is located about ten kilometers southwest of Schwerin on Grambower Moor. The brews flows along the southwestern boundary of the municipality, who leads the Grambower Moor draining Otter digging through the village and ends in the western municipality in the Zare. Seven kilometers east of the village runs the federal highway 321 The connection point Hagenow to Federal Highway 24 is situated 13 kilometers away.

History

Zülow is an old estate village. This reveals not least, the arrangement of streets and buildings around the estate and the anger similar village square. It is the ancestral home of the noble family of Zülow. Between Zülow and Stralendorf are megalithic tombs.

The 2004 elected municipal council consists of five non-party individual candidates.
