Campbell County (Virginia)

Campbell County is a county located in the state of Virginia in the United States. In the 2000 census, the county had 51 078 inhabitants and a population density of 39 inhabitants per square kilometer. The administrative headquarters ( County Seat) is Rustenburg. The county is one of the Dry counties, which means that the sale of alcohol is restricted or prohibited.

Geography

Campbell County is located just southwest of the geographic center of Virginia, about 50 km from the North Carolina is in the south away and has an area of ​​1314 square kilometers, of which seven square kilometers of water surface.
