  • 1084: The March 24, Enthroned as antipope Clement III. Henry IV is crowned emperor and his wife Bertha to the Empress of the Holy Roman Empire.
  • 1206: Margrave Dietrich of Meissen arbitrate a dispute between the viscount of Dohna and the Bishop of Meissen over the castle Thorun. In the settlement deed Dresden is first mentioned.
