Vance County, North Carolina

Vance County is a county located in the state of North Carolina of the United States. The administrative headquarters ( County Seat) is Henderson, which was named after Leonard Henderson, a judge of the Supreme Court of the United States.

Geography

The County is located in the north of North Carolina, bordered by Virginia and has an area of 699 square kilometers, of which 42 square kilometers are water surface.
