Hell-Hole-Gorge-Nationalpark
The Hell Hole Gorge National Park (English: Hell Hole Gorge National Park ) is a national park in the south west of the Australian state of Queensland.
Location
It is located 912 kilometers west of Brisbane and 110 kilometers north of Quilpie
The poorly accessible park in the Channel Country is situated at the northwest foot of the Grey Range on Powell Creek, a left tributary of the Barcoo River. Is the main attraction of the park: The Run through by him sandstone gorge Hell Hole Gorge (Hell's Gorge dt ).
In the vicinity of the national parks Mariala, Idalia and Welford lie.
Driveway
Although a dirt road from the station on the Diamantina Developmental Thylungra Road to Welford Lagoon also on the unpaved access road to Blackall leads the Trinidad station 20 kilometers west of the park over, but one entrance by car is not possible. There are neither designed paths nor roads in the park.
