Reliance Creek National Park

The Woowoonga National Park (English Woowoonga National Park ) is a 27 km ² national park in Queensland, Australia.

Location

It is located in the Wide Bay - Burnett region and is located 250 km north of Brisbane and 65 km south of Bundaberg. You can reach the park via the Isis Highway between Biggenden and Childers, by turns, 5 km north of Biggenden eastwards into the Giles Road, on the Mount Woowoonga Road follows, until the path finally in the National Park ends after approximately 3 km at a picnic place. From here there is a marked path on the 596 m high Mount Woowoonga. Camping is not allowed.

In the neighborhood of Wongi, Coalstoun Lakes and Mount Walsh National Park lie.

Flora and Fauna

Located along the ridge of the Woowoonga Range National Park protects dry rain forest with tall Guinea - Araucaria (English Hoop Pines ) and open eucalyptus forest. One can observe flocks of Banks Raven cockatoos here.
