  • 588 BC: The Babylonian Great King Nebuchadnezzar II begins with the half -year siege of Jerusalem, the capital of the kingdom of Judah, under the renegade vassal king Zedekiah.
  • 0069: Otho can be proclaimed Emperor in Rome and donated to the Praetorian Guard to assassinate Emperor Galba and Lucius Calpurnius Piso Frugi his heirs Licinianus.
