List of German Bundestag constituencies
This is a list of all the 299 constituencies of the federal election of 2013. The constituency boundaries set in the Twentieth Act to amend the Federal Election Law. The numbering of the constituencies was in the order of the provinces from north to south. For the parliamentary constituencies other years see list of parliamentary constituencies.
Number of constituencies by State
Compared to the 2009 federal election are Mecklenburg -Vorpommern for the parliamentary election in 2013 a constituency of Hesse from. In both countries, the blanks of other constituencies were changed in order to achieve a uniform size of the constituencies or to take account of the change of county boundaries. In Schleswig -Holstein, Lower Saxony and North Rhine -Westphalia, the names of several constituencies were changed while maintaining the same definition.
